| Having suffered from tension in my neck and shoulders for a long time I find regular massages with ruth have helped enormously. She has always made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and will target exactly the areas I need working on. My neck, shoulders and back feel much better now and I highly recommend her |

| From stepping into the treatment room at healing hands it was very relaxing . A huge amount of care had gone into providing a space that was relaxing yet professional .I could have just sat in the room and been happy. The massage itself was tailored to the amount of pressure that I was happy with and I soon found that I could relax and leave Ruth to do her thing and take care of me. I would strongly recommend a trip to Healing Hands to anyone looking to take care of themselves or give themselves a little pampering |

| Ruth I can higly recommend you to any new or existing customers. Over a period of time I have tried most of the treatments you have to offer and must say you really are the best. I have had spa days inmost of the establishments in the country but must say when it comes to the treatments and the personal touches you have the edge. | I would recommend Ruth every time, she always makes you feel relaxed and at home, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I had been suffering from stress and my back had been killing me for weeks, but once I got on Ruth’s heated couch all my troubles seemed to melt away the massage was so good I manage to unwind that I feel asleep at the end.. I went to see Ruth in July to have a Mum to be pamper package which was a birthday present from my Partner and Daughter.
I was a bit nervous being 37 weeks and someone else seeing my stretch marks, but from the moment i arrived Ruth made me feel so at home and i left so relaxed. I loved my treatments and will be booking some more treatments very soon.
I would recommend Ruth every time to my friends.

Ruth was terrific. I'd never had a massage before so my wife treated me to a Healing Hands Gift Token. I had the full body massage and my creaky 45 year old body felt fresher and fitter at the end of it. Ruth is very professional but with a nice, warm & friendly approach.
I loved the experience. |

I've just "guinea pigged" Ruth's new Remedial Massage techniques. These are techniques are designed to ease whiplash, locked shoulders and similar style injuries. I personally had a car accident many years ago which has left me with badly strained shoulder muscles which continue to plague me 5 years later.
Other than the skin warmup bits, the massage used methods that I'd not encountered in any massage I'd had before. It merged in more pressure point manipulation and streches thn other techniques and whilst being a deep and intense experience was not uncomfortable and I did feel looser and more free following the session. Ruth has also provided me with some follow on techniques I can use for myself to see if they help between sessions.
I'd recommend the sessions to anyone with similar injuries. |

| I had a massage yesterday which was fantastic. I've had a problem with my back & shoulder for a long time but today it feels a lot 'looser'. Ruth used a variety of techniques including cupping and pinpointing pressure points which I feel has eased my pain more quickly than a 'standard' massage would, Ruth finds the painful areas & works the knots out for you! just tried your colon massage the treatment didn't hurt, it was a little uncomfortable in places but no more than when you are exercising.my tummy was definately flatter than prior to the treatment. and I would have it again
