Cancellation policy

When booking an appointment over £20 for all new clients, we will require your credit card details to hold your reservation (no charge is made to the card). Should you wish to cancel or change your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment cost is charged to the card. We understand that situations arise at the last minute that cannot be avoided so if, at the time of cancellation, you can reschedule your appointment for some time within the next 7 days, no cancellation charge is incurred.24 hours of cancellation is needed other wise a 50% of the treatment will be charged.
