About me my name is Ruth Scarlett I have been fully trained and a established holistic and beauty therapist since 2000 , and I am  based in Monkston Milton Keynes.

Our clients are of all ages from 0- 80 as well as people with disabilities, who have been amazed how regular massage and reflexology has benefited them in their everyday life.

Over the years I have  trained in many areas of Massage and skin care, as well as training as a teacher myself in 2010, so that I can pass my knowledge of the subject on to others.

After training with the school of Thai massage in London, I now combine various Eastern techniques with more traditional western methods, to create a unique and unforgettable experience.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and I am fully insured, I hold VTCT level 3 in Complement therapies, Swedish massage,  Aromatherapy, sports massage, Reflexology, Indian head massage, Hopi ear candles. .
