Cancellation policy:
We respectfully request a 24-hour notice to amend or cancel any appointments. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for non-attendance or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Gift Vouchers available
Pamper packages need a 50% deposit which is non refundable if 48 hours notice of cancellation is not given
Health Insurance
If you currently have health insurance you may well be able to claim all or part of your treatment fees. Please check with your provider to find out the conditions required for your specific policy. You will pay as normal then submit your receipt to your provider who will refund some (if not all) of the costs.
